  3. I found the best web site for local business is RADIUX.com they offer the same services (and MANY more) as yellowpages.com and all the other services you listed but for only $6.95 a month and that even includes a top level domain!
    I get more leads from there than from any other resource.

  4. Don’t forget the local newspapers. At lot have online blogs that allow you to add feeds from your other sites. Our city has over 120,000 people in and the link from the front page of the newspaper to my blog on their site stayed there for the whole day.

    No spam, of course. Just write a good article along the lines of the business you run and link back to your site from it. You could become the local expert.

    1. Often we forget the little guy, the SMB, in our discussions of the comings and goings of the Internet marketing industry. Sure there are times like this when a report surfaces talking about their issues and concerns but, for the most part, we like to talk about big brands and how they do the Internet marketing thing well or not so well.
